The Department is organised according to a scientific, synchronised, and modern management model, ensuring the effective promotion of training, scientific research, academic governance, and community service. The organisational structure is built on the principle of close coordination between leadership, professional management, and the activities of socio-political organisations, thereby creating a professional, dynamic, and creative academic environment.
At the head of the organisational system is the Department Party Cell Committee, which holds the comprehensive leadership role regarding ideology, politics, and the strategic development orientation of the Department in accordance with the guidelines of the Party and the University. Currently, the Committee consists of three members: the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary, and the Committee Member. Leading this body is the Secretary of the Party Cell (Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Bich Duyen).
The current Department Management Board includes a Dean and a Vice Dean. The Board coordinates with the Department Scientific Council and various organisations to effectively implement strategic tasks and development plans for each period. The Management Board directly oversees the Department’s degree programs, including:
• Master in Business Administration
• Master in Finance - Banking
• Bachelor in Business Administration
• Bachelor in Finance - Banking
• Bachelor in Hospitality Management
• Bachelor in Tourism and Travel Service Management
• Bachelor in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Each program is managed by a Program Director, who is responsible for the comprehensive coordination and development of the specific curriculum. Additionally, the Board directly manages the administrative staff, including two Department Assistants and one Department Secretary.
The Department Scientific Council currently comprises 15 members, headed by the Chairperson. This is a vital academic advisory body, functioning to consult the Management Board on curriculum development, scientific research expansion, professional appraisal, and the enhancement of academic quality.
Furthermore, Socio-political Organisations such as the Trade Union, the Youth Union, and the Student Association play a crucial role in caring for the spiritual well-being of members, initiating emulation movements, and supporting the skill development of both lecturers and students. These organisations contribute to building a friendly, united educational environment with a rich academic culture.
