Quy Nhon University (QNU) is currently participating in the ICP Connect project “Beyond the Souvenir,” an international cooperation initiative funded by VLIR-UOS (Belgium) for the period 2025–2030. The project aims to strengthen higher education capacity, international cooperation, and sustainable tourism and hospitality education through collaboration among universities, enterprises, and stakeholders from different regions worldwide.

VIVES University of Applied Sciences Working Delegation Meets with FBA on ICP Connect Project
The project brings together partner institutions including VIVES University of Applied Sciences (Belgium), Quy Nhon University (Vietnam), the University of Cuenca (Ecuador), Makerere University Business School, and Mountains of the Moon University (Uganda). Through this network, the project promotes academic exchange, curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable tourism innovation.
Within the project, Quy Nhon University serves as one of the key implementing partners in Asia, contributing to curriculum development, international academic collaboration, and stakeholder network expansion in the tourism and hospitality sector. QNU also plays an active role in developing the joint international course “Sustainable Tourism Development,” together with bilingual digital learning materials, online teaching resources, and practice-oriented educational activities.
At QNU, the Faculty of Finance, Banking and Business Administration (FBA) acts as the core academic unit coordinating and implementing major project activities. The Faculty is responsible for academic coordination, stakeholder engagement, curriculum development, and collaboration with international partners and tourism enterprises. In addition, FBA actively supports international workshops, research exchange, and the promotion of sustainable tourism education aligned with global trends.

Through the ICP Connect project, Quy Nhon University continues to strengthen its internationalisation strategy, enhance academic quality, and expand cooperation with universities, enterprises, and international organisations in the field of sustainable tourism and hospitality.
