🎓 A VIBRANT “BUSINESS DIALOGUE” CLASS FOR STUDENTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE–BANKING & BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION!

On November 16, 2025, at Hall C, Quy Nhon University, the first session of the Business Dialogue course was successfully held with the enthusiastic participation of a large number of students from the Department of Finance–Banking & Business Administration.

The sharing session was honored by the presence of Ms. Nguyễn Thị Ngọc Quỳnh, M.A. – Vice Chairwoman of the Binh Dinh Women Entrepreneurs Association and Director of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Binh Dinh Branch. With the topic “Trends in the Banking Industry and Career Prospects,” Ms. Ngọc Quỳnh provided insightful and practical perspectives on:

Career trends in the finance and banking sector

Key skills that employers currently value most

Students’ adaptability when entering the modern corporate environment

In addition to professional knowledge, she conveyed meaningful messages about professional attitude, a lifelong learning mindset, and students’ proactiveness in the context of global integration. The dialogue became even more engaging with many practical questions directly related to skills, professional demeanor, and career opportunities that students may pursue in the future.

The Business Dialogue course is one of the Department’s key experiential learning components, enabling students to gain real-world exposure to businesses, better understand labor market demands, and thereby enhance their competencies and career orientation.

The Department of Finance–Banking & Business Administration believes that this course will continue to deliver practical value, build a sustainable bridge between the University and the business community, and help students move forward with greater confidence on their upcoming career journeys.
