The university will conduct the graduation review for full-time undergraduate students in the first round of 2025, expected to take place on June 27, 2025.

Students who are eligible for graduation but wish to continue studying to improve their academic results (do not wish to graduate in the first round of 2025) must submit a request using Form M1.

Students of Cohort 45 who are eligible and wish to graduate early must submit Form M2.

Students from overdue cohorts who have not been dismissed, and who have completed all required certificates (Physical Education, National Defense Education, foreign language proficiency, and IT skills) and meet graduation requirements, must submit Form M2.

Forms M1 and M2 must be submitted to the Faculty Office from the date of this announcement until June 17, 2025.

Students should check announcements, verify their course completion status according to the program curriculum, and check their graduation review results at:

Starting from June 20, 2025.

If any discrepancies are found, students must contact the Faculty responsible for the course to verify and correct the information no later than June 23, 2025.
Students will receive their academic transcripts and temporary graduation certificates at the Faculty Office, expected on July 4, 2025.
(Note: The Academic Affairs Office will not issue transcripts before the official graduation review date.)
